Excellent Stay Close to Everything
updated room convenient location
The room was clean and updated. The pool was also good for a refreshing dip. Carrefour and a shopping center with cafes are just a few meters from the hotel. It is also close to the tram and the university making getting around easy.
The air conditioners in the apartment were switched off though it was hot. I was told that they will be switched on from 1st May. This should depend on the temperature.

The staff were always ready to help and provided quick assistance when needed. Their friendly nature created a cute atmosphere. Their local knowledge helped greatly with planning our daily excursions.

The room had everything I required with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The space was well kept. I had no issues with noise and slept soundly each night .

The hotel is situated within walking distance of main attractions. It is also near public transport. I enjoyed exploring the area without needing a car.

convenient stay
convenient location amazingly friendly staff lovely views
the location was convenient with easy access to a big supermarket directly across the street it was easy to get my groceries. the staff were amazingly friendly especially the reception team who helped me find a phone charger when mine broke. the roof top pool was a nice feature providing lovely views i spent time enjoying the sun.
i found the gym disappointing it only had a bike and treadmill i expected more variety for a good workout.

the rooftop pool offered a pleasant experience with views and some sun. the presence of a gym, though limited, provided options for exercise. a supermarket across the road added convenience for groceries.

the location has a big supermarket opposite , made shopping easy. there are several eateries nearby with many choices. it was within walking distance to some attractions which allowed me to explore the area.

Acceptable Stay With Issues
mould on blinds extra payment
The hotel location is fine. It had easy access to the train station.
I was not happy that we were not allowed to have the room cleaned without extra payment. They also said we couldn't get clean towels without paying more, absurd for a six-night stay. The room had mould on the blinds, and the pool was small with no chairs.

cooking area good temperature polite staff
The room included a refrigerator and a cooking area. It was convenient. The rooms were at a good temperature! The staff was helpful and polite, though the breakfast was expensive. The hotel is close to a supermarket and a train station. This made travel easy.
